You will be staying in a 5-room, 190 square meter house that spans across two levels, with a south-east facing position. The upper floor features a large living/sleeping room with a double sofabed, dining table, satellite TV, and radio, along with access to a balcony. There are two additional rooms on this level, each equipped with a double bed and balcony access. The open kitchen on the upper floor includes an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, toaster, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The upper floor also has a bath/WC and a shower/WC, as well as gas heating.

The top floor consists of a living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings, offering two sleeping facilities, a dining table, satellite TV, radio, and air conditioning, with an exit leading to a terrace. There is also a room with sloping ceilings, featuring a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning, with access to the terrace. The top floor's open kitchen, with a ceiling height ranging from 80 to 220 cm, includes an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, electric coffee machine, and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, there is a bath/WC on the top floor, and gas heating is available.
