Nearby the main street but still quiet Nice pool Good breakfast included Aesthetically pleasing

Shower was cold but that seems to be the case in many places Wasn’t a problem as Palomino felt very safe, but just to be are of if you’re a solo traveller - it’s about a 3-5 min walk from the main road but it’s a quiet road that’s absolutely pitch black you need your torch. We had no issues and didn’t feel unsafe but something to be aware of

We loved the peaceful environment and common area swimming pool and bar. Very flexible member of staff who helped on our arrival and changed the room based on our preferences. Good breakfast

Nice accommodation with an excellent swimming pool, nice breakfast and clean rooms. It's 5 minute walk from the main road where you can find lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and they have food and drinks available to purchase. The room had everything we needed to get by, including a mosquito net.

We didn't get a duvet or blanket with our bedsheets which would have been nice.

Very relaxed, the pool also very good and the staff very good. The place is good.

We had a situation where we needed to change our reservation from 3 nights to 2. We contacted the hostel to make this change, and when they sent us the updated price, we were surprised to see that 2 nights were actually more expensive than the original 3-night stay. They explained that we had a “big discount” for the original booking (we are Level 3 on Booking.com, so we usually receive better deals). However, there was no proper explanation for the price increase, and it didn’t make sense to us. Because of this, we decided to reduce our stay to just 1 night and move elsewhere. The hostel staff told us to make the change directly on Booking.com, which we did. However, they denied the change through the platform, even though they confirmed via chat that they would accept BUT! booking.com, of course was giving us the full new higher price. In total, we contacted them four times to clarify and resolve the issue, but they kept denying the request without offering any explanation. We also tried reaching the management through the WhatsApp number they provided, but it didn’t work. The staff said they were trying to reach the administrators, but nothing came of it. Overall, the situation was very unpleasant. No one explained anything properly, communication was poor, and in the end, they just kept refusing our request to stay only one night. At the end, I told the staff that I was willing to pay the price that Booking.com was showing me for the 1-night stay, and not wait any longer for a response from the administration — as we didn’t want to face any more unpleasant surprises or unexpected extra charges. It felt like a scam.
