Good location but expensive with no minimum perks

For the price we were paying we could have expected to have at least separate soap, shampoo and wifi but no, they gave us shampoo in something that resembled a lab sample container, no soap and the wifi was from a store below the location

Lo céntrico del lugar, y que en verdad no pasáramos frío, todo cerca del centro caminando. Agua caliente sin problemas.

El baño es pequeño, pero pues mal planeación en la construccion, y las camas un poco incómodas, por el tamaño del colchón.

Algo complicado

Lo mejor fue la ubicación, definitivamente está muy céntrico y pude moverme fácilmente. La iluminación de la habitación. La atención de Diana dentro de sus posibilidades pues no es la responsable.

Quien se quedó en la habitación fue mi suegra, que es un adulto mayor y no se informó en ningún lugar de la aplicación que las escaleras para llegar a la habitación están muy pero muy inclinadas, lo que provoca una gran dificultad para subir y bajar. No es un espacio para que se puedan quedar personas con dificultades físico-motoras. En el baño, no se iba el agua en el espacio de la ducha, y a pesar de que se notificó e hicieron algo en el momento de la limpieza, seguía sin salir el agua, además de que para que salga el agua caliente es un poco complicado y no es algo bueno con el frío que hay. Además problemas con el internet, las dos últimas noches (porque se solicitó una noche más, porque todo estaba lleno) no se pudo ver nada en el TV. El responsable, que inicialmente es quien responde las llamadas, nunca se presentó y solamente pudo ayudar una chica llamada Diana que hizo todo lo posible, pero ella no era la responsable.

La ubicación muy buena, es un lugar muy limpio acogedor. La atención de la señorita fue muy bueno la televisión con aplicaciones, red de wifi todo estuvo excelente

El tema que el estacionamiento es enfrente con otro señor, no es como tal del hotel. El carro solo lo puedes dejar hasta las 8 de la noche si no te cierra y al otro día lo tienes que sacar antes de las 10 porque si no te cobran día de estacionamiento
