The key holder on the front door is a pain to use. Way to fiddly

Loved the apartments and the facilities in it. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils, saucepans etc. The balcony and fireplace were lovely. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had all the necessary additions for staying in the snow. It had a cupboard that was heated to dry your ski clothes in, heated ski locker located downstairs to store your equipment in. Plus a large bathroom with shower and spa bath were amazing. This is located really well in Central Hotham. Only a 3 minute walk to Hoys ski hire, convience store is located across the road as well as cafes, bars and restaurants. There is day parking about 300 metres in front of the apartment where you can stop and unload your luggage, call the apartments and they will arrange the transfer of your luggage via snow mobile with a trailer, so you don't have to walk it up in the snow. The staff member, Michaela that we spoke to was so lovely and helpful.

The king bed upstairs was extremely hard. It was like sleeping on a board and after a long day, it would be nice to come home to a comfortable bed. This was the only downside to this apartment. Everything else was wonderful.
