Der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft schön. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge wie Zoo, Schifffahrten und Strandtage.
Leider stehen überall auf dem Grundstück Dinge die für Kinder und Hunde gefährlich sind z.B. Bretter mit Nägeln die auch das wohlfühlen auf der Terrasse einschränken. Zu dem ist der Zugang zum Wasser nicht abgezäunt. Dies ist jedoch auf den Bildern der Fall.
