Sehr sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Fenster und Türen teilweise defekt. Treppe nach oben abenteuerlich, teilweise repariert. Bad sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Miejsce nad samą rzeką, duży zielony teren. Przed domem ławeczka ze stolikiem (mogłyby by być odnowione) i na tarasie stolik z parasolem. Kawa, czy śniadanko na tarasie to coś, czego nie mamy w mieście. Widok na łąkę na zboczu góry, na którą przychodzą sarenki. Urzekający śpiew ptaków. Przy ośrodku karczma, gdzie moża zjeść pyszny obiadek czy obiadokolację. Domek bardzo czysty. Na terenie dla chętnych niewielki basen.
Dla mnie przerażające są schody do sypialni na pięterku; nie dość, że bardzo strome, to jeszcze dziwnie powycinane, że nie ma możliwości postawić całej stopy. Na górze między ostatnim schodkiem a podłogą piętra jest dziura, jakby brakowało jakieś deski. Trzeba uważać. No i informacja dla osób przyjedżających większa grupą; jeżeli rano ktoś wcześnie wstaje, to bez wątpienia pobudzi wszystkich pozostałych, bo podłoga bardzo trzeszczy. Ale to da się przeżyć.
