About this chalet rental
Classic secluded villa in Ses Salines, Fornells. Enjoy your stay in Menorca in this fully furnished villa, equipped with:

- Private pool & barbecue
- 100 meters from the sea
- Private garden with olive tree and fig tree
- Spacious kitchen, American bar with Nespresso type coffee machine and all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils.
- Direct access from dining and living rooms to the pool and outdoor dining area.

- Smart TV HD to watch your favourite shows and movies
- Ventilation with ceiling fans in each room

- Single-storey and adapted for wheelchairs or people with reduced mobility

Suite room with double bed, bathroom and private ensuite with direct access to the garden.
Two further rooms each with 2 single beds (4 single beds) and a bathroom featuring a long plate shower.
Location:
The villa is located in Ses Salines, only a two minute walk to the sea, and next to the well known palm-lined fishing village of Fornells. There is a great restaurant across the road and a grocery shop down the road. Ses Salines is well-known for its Sailing Club.
A short sea-side walk away (or a couple of minutes by car) is Fornells, where you can try various restaurants serving their famous lobster stew. Fornells also comprises many swim spots and a wide range of leisure activities including boat rentals (or organized trips), kayaking, paddle boarding, diving excursions, sea-bicycles or jet skis.
If you are looking to discover the beautiful beaches of Menorca, the main beaches along the north coast are only 6km away.
The house keys will be located inside a locker outside the main door. We’ll give you the password a few days before your arrival.
We’ll be available during your stay in case you have any problem or something needs fixing.
There’s the option of requesting a mid-stay cleaning service as well as a change of towels and linen.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette villa au nord de Minorque. L'endroit fait partie d'un complexe résidentiel à quelques km de Fornells (petit village authentique). Il a 2 restaurants tout près de la villa et une plage près du centre nautique. La piscine est orientée plein sud et n'a aucun vis à vis direct de face. La propriété est correctement meublée mais pourrait potentiellement offrir d'autres équipements pour une prestation encore meilleure.
La situation géographique est idéale, à mi chemin entre Ciutadella et Mao et à 20 min des plages du sud de l'île. Nuria, la propriétaire est très réactive et à toujours répondu à toutes nos questions et autres problèmes de logistique très rapidement nous permettant d'organiser notre voyage en toute confiance, qu'elle en soit ici remerciée!
Nous avons donc passé dans l'ensemble un très agréable séjour!
