With the help of the owner we easily found the place. Just entering the property it was visible that the property was not cleaned after the last visit so I complained and the owner came in the minute and to his obvious surprise, he offered another property which was really very nice, very comfortable, worm, cozy, clean, perfect mountain place. I really enjoyed, my stay and was sorry it was just an overnight. Will try to come back for a longer stay. Ratio of the price and quality is amazing, especially for Vlasic. Really happy. Do not know what was the name of that other property though, but it was just great. The first four photos are of this other property. I have to say that the owner was really pleasant and willing to help. They also offer food which looks great, continental type, but due to our obligations I did not have a chance to try it.
We did face some problem with issuing the invoice, just because the person working on it was away. The owner really did his best to sort this problem and issue us the invoice, although his knowledge of the programme was very limited. His effort and human touch is worth mentioning.
Amendment: We went again and booked the same place once again. However this very apartment was again very dirty. Again I called the owner who again looked completely surprised and was willing to help and offer another property but only for one night and we needed it for two nights this time. I rejected and looked for another accommodation. The owner was really willing I have to say, however, I needed to amend this review as I find it dishonest to give 10 to someone for repeating mistakes. I think users should be prepared for this. I commend his good will to help, however, I believe that they should check the property before advertising and renting it. I did not want to ruin their reputation though, as he looked really honestly surprised again. I believe they need to change staff, so I am just putting this as an honest monition.
