The apartment is very centrally located near to shops restaurants and the beach. it has double glazing and air con so very quiet and cool.
The stairs to reach the apartment are quite steep so it may not suit elderly of those with mobility issues but for everybody else it is fine

The owner was quick to respond, and to help when we didn’t know how to use some things.
Comfy with all facilities to cook and to stay for some time. Oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, drying rack.
A light airy flat with a view of the hills. Double glazed windows to keep out street noise and shutters to shade from the sun.
Location close to all amenities - train, shops, cafes, beach.
Wi-Fi and data very poor or inaccessible during the day, possibly due to all the traders in the area using the internet? It was ok from about 7.15pm until about 8-9am.
