About this apartment rental
Kettle Brook is scenic ski in/out complex between the Bull Run and Kettle Brook trails on Okemo Mountain. Direct ski access to Okemo Clock Tower Base Area with South Ridge Lodge and A/B Quad lifts via beginner level trail which is perfect for families of all skill levels. You can also walk across Bull Run trail for access straight to Sunburst Six lift which goes to the top of the mountain. Likewise walk across to Waffle Cabin and Sugar House Lodge. Tom's Loft Tavern is a 1/2 mile down the road and Ludlow center is 1.5 miles away with a variety of great restaurants, ski & snowboard shops and supermarket in case you decide to dine in.
Our unit is an upper level 1312 sq. ft. 2 BR / 2 BA condo with beautiful sunrise views off the balcony, a spacious living / dining area with cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace and dining table that seats eight. The main floor bedroom has a queen and bunk bed while the upper level master loft has queen with master bath. There is an extra twin bed set up in the master bedroom and there is space to still set up a pack and play. (Not provided)

From booking this property to leaving it was wonderful. Rich was so helpful, friendly and happy to help. The property was perfect for skiing at Okemo, straight onto the mountain from walking out the door and it was a lovely, homely place for our family to stay! We would recommend to anyone!

Do you miss the good old days of skiing slope side? Travel back in time to this one of a kind cozy ski condo! On the steps of a great mountain, watch the sunrise while drinking a cup of fresh coffee before the kids wake up. Feeling like a soccer mom while the kids ski? WiFi is great for some WFH action (or should I say work from slope side) and for all of your children to be steaming on their separate devices. Kitchen was well stocked with the necessities to feed a good sized crowd. The kitchen sink has a great view of the tv so you don’t have to feel exiled just because you are cooking. Rich was super responsive to all texts and key access via keypad is ideal! Highly recommend staying here (just not when we want to come back).
