De locatie was geweldig, om de hoek van het plein waar van alles te doen was. en dicht bij de restaurants en het kasteel. Het was een authentiek huisje met stermotief plafond, het had echt de Puglia vibe. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het dakterras. Het meeste dat je nodig had was aanwezig in de keuken. Ook kruiden, olie ed. Er waren zelfs drankjes bij aankomst en een kleine kerstboom (wij waren daar met de feestdagen) De airco verwarmde de ruimte en er was een extra straalkachel aanwezig. De dagen dat het vuilnis buitengezet moet worden stond op een kaartje, dat was handig. Valeria de host reageerde snel op vragen.
We verbleven twee weken, er was geen wissel van beddengoed en ook geen extra handdoeken. Er was maar 1 droogdoek voor de keuken.
De traptredes waren erg hoog en onpraktisch bij de badkamer, ben er zelfs twee keer gestruikeld en gevallen op de trap. Het huisje is absoluut af te raden voor mensen die slechter ter been zijn.
Er was weinig waterdruk, met een zeer kleine straal bij het douchen. Een keer was er zelfs geen water meer, maar dat kon worden verholpen door een lichtschakelaar om te zetten. Dat was handig geweest te weten van tevoren.
De slaapkamer rook muf en was erg vochtig. De hangkast stonk, ik kon daar geen kleding in ophangen.
Bij regen kwam er water binnen via het balkon.
De beschrijving van de ruimte klopt niet helemaal, de open haard kun je niet aansteken en is op de slaapkamer. Het meubilair op dakterras is anders dan op foto's.
Er was zelden of geen parkeerplek in de nabijheid, wij parkeerden op een parkeerplaats tegen betaling.

Wspaniałe mieszkanie, można się poczuć jakby się podróżowało w czasie :) Przepięknie urządzone, dopracowany wystrój, wspaniały klimat.
Bardzo dobre wyposażenie, widać że Właścicielka myśli o komforcie swoich Gości. Można bez problemu przygotować prosty obiad w kuchni, łazienka jest funkcjonalna, jest miejsce na przechowywanie rzeczy. Było nawet żelazko!
Właścicielka bardzo miła i kontaktowa, cokolwiek potrzebowaliśmy - otrzymaliśmy to bez problemu.
Super lokalizacja, centrum miasteczka tuż obok - dosłownie minuta spaceru, mnóstwo restauracji w okolicy.
Balkon i taras godne polecenia! Genialne na odpoczynek.
Schodów w mieszkaniu jest dużo - najpierw wchodzi się na wysokie piętro, a potem do łazienki jest kilka schodów, a do sypialni znowu więcej schodów - i one nie są jak dziś budowane schody, a są bardzo wysokie i strome. Trzeba poruszać się ostrożnie. My wiedzieliśmy, że będą schody, a i tak byliśmy zaskoczeni ich stromością.
Przestrzeń jest duża, sufity wysokie, więc kiedy nie trafiliśmy z pogodą - było dość chłodno. Na szczęście można się dogrzewać klimatyzacją.
Miasteczko jest na górce, więc jest stromo też poza mieszkaniem.
Znalezienie miejsca parkingowego czasem wymagało krążenia po uliczkach, w najbliższej okolicy rzadko jest miejsce, a uliczki są wąskie. Nie warto wypożyczać dużego samochodu :)

This is a charming 3-storey traditional house in an excellent central location in Carovigno, the most lovely friendly local town.
Our host Valeria could not have been more helpful. We had excellent directions for entering the property, and every communication was answered so promptly and efficiently, from recommendations for the best local beaches and restaurants in the town, parking facilities,to arranging a taxi for us to Ostuni to pick up our rental car!
There was nothing we didn’t like about it!
For outside space, there is a balcony with a bistro set for 2 off the living area/kitchen, and also a little roof terrace with 2 chairs and a table off the bedroom on the top floor.
The only thing I would say is it is perhaps not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties as the stairs are quite steep, but it was no problem to us, it added to the charm.
