Do not stay here!!! Terrible company managing the property, take your money and don’t communicate

Do not stay here!!! Company is disorganized and terrible with communication! Lied to us multiple times about getting a full refund, then it change to 50% then they changed to nothing. Avoid the headache and stay away!!

The property was comfortable and compact with a quiet location that was must minutes from Volcano National Park. The volcano didn't cooperate but the cozy studio didn't disappoint.

The only complaint I had was that I didn't book for a longer stay.

Perfect Location Close to Volcanoes National Park

The studio cottage fully met my expectations! It was clean, cute, and close to Volcanoes National Park (less than 10 minutes by car). The hosts were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend a stay here.

Clean, close, comfortable, and very secure.

The property is soooo convenient, especially if you want to bolt out to catch the eruption in progress. It could not be more conveniently located for the National Park. The hosts live on the property, and could not have been more welcoming. The studio is beautifully appointed, as described, and had some very convenient touches.

I loved the property. It is close to the main road, but I did not find the noise disturbing.

We were disappointed by the size of the cabin: a little too 'cozy'.

The location for exploration of Volcano National Park was very good. There were limited restaurants in the area for breakfast and supper. The cabin was clean but very small.

There was virtually no space to place suitcases. There was no space to prepare even simple breakfasts. A table and chairs outside the cabin would have been helpful.

Exceptional

The owners were wonderful and gave us great advice. The room was cute and had everything we needed. The umbrellas were a nice addition because it rained a lot! Not a far drive to Volcanoes National Park or the town.

The bed was okay but not as comfortable as I like. The bathroom was a little weird because it was open towards the ceiling and you didn't have as much privacy as I would like.

Great little spot for two, close to Volcano National Park

Lovely little cabin for two with modern, well thought-out facilities, a few minutes' drive from Volcano National Park. Elaine and Carter met us on arrival and quickly explained the need-to-knows, then left us to it. Comfortable bed with a soothing nighttime frog soundtrack from the adjacent pond (we slept really well). The filtered water is excellent and left us with surprisingly soft skin and hair! Would happily return if we're fortunate enough to visit Volcano again.

Le logement est très bruyant car situé à proximité immédiate d'un axe routier sur lequel les voitures circulent à grande vitesse.

Logement sympa, fonctionnel, plutôt bien placé pour les visites dans le sud de l'île.

Petit logement plutôt fonctionnel, capsules de café et de lait à disposition, micro ondes, frigo. Proximité interessante du parc des volcans. Amabilité des hôtes Carter et Eelen.

Manque de place pour ranger ses affaires, manque d'intimité au niveau sanitaire, juste une petite porte qui sépare la partie vie de la partie sanitaire. Grande route juste à côté, mais la nuit, il n'y quasiment pas de passage, donc s'est bien calme.

Es war alles toll! Die Geräusche der Frösche nachts ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber so ist die Natur 😊
