I absolutely loved the location—just a quick 10-minute ride to shopping, which was so convenient. The place smelled wonderfully fresh and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly thoughtful, texting us to ensure our arrival and departure went smoothly, which made our stay even more special. It was such a romantic experience, and I can't wait to return! I really hope they continue with their fantastic prices, because it made everything even more enjoyable. LOVED the beautiful swan!

Wish they had hooks to hang our towels and a hair dryer.

The little chalet was cute and cozy, the cabin was fairly clean for the most part, however I don’t think the cleaning service ever mops the floors, we got out of the shower and walked to our bed to get dressed and out our feet was black, I took a towel and wiped the floor to see and it was black, other than that it was a nice place to stay, failure on the cleaning staff in my opinion. The staff was very kind and I didn’t have the heart to say anything when we checked out a day early.

The staff was very nice and the location was close to Gatlinburg.

Location was nice. It was very private the bed was comfortable. Everything worked. I really liked that they had black washcloths that were for your face that were separate from the wash cloths in the bath.

The sheets on the bed were very used. They had small pieces of lint and fuzz in certain areas where the material had been worn. Upon arrival, the Internet did not work. We stayed a total of four nights and had no cell phone service and no Internet the entire time. there were some items left from a previous guest behind the bathtub. There were four towels for two adults for four nights with a bathtub, a hot tub, and then a shower not enough towels, there were no trash bags.
