Gestori educati e molto disponibili. Nel complesso l'intera struttura è bella e si presenta molto bene. Immersa nella lussureggiante campagna della lunigiana, con una vista del mare da togliere il fiato.

L'appartamento assegnato a noi (ginestra), sebbene ubicato al piano strada, e' risultato molto buio. Purtroppo, per 4/5 volte l'acqua della doccia ci ha creato un po' di disagio perché andava e veniva.

La vue, depuis le jardin.

Je ne comprends pas la (bonne) notation affichée sur le site ! Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement vieillot, tant au niveau de la deco que du vieux mobilier. Le lieu n’est pas net (vaisselle, salle de bain, literie…) et nous avons été accueilli par une odeur dans le séjour (urine de chat?). La piscine était hors service (en nettoyage). Nous avons écourté notre séjour.

Die Wohnung war ordentlich und gut gepflegt, und der Gastgeber war nett und unkompliziert. Alles war wie beschrieben, und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.”

Schlechter Anfang gutes Ende - tolle Gegend

Das Anwesen hatte eine sehr schöne Lage mit wunderbaren Blick ins Tal und auf die höher liegende Ortschaft. Die Anreise war problemlos, wenn man auch enge Wege mag. Die Zimmer waren etwas dunkel aber schön und rustikal eingerichtet. Die Bäder waren schön, wenn auch im ersten Moment gewöhnungsbedürftig, was nicht negativ gemeint ist. Terrasse war gemütlich und Grundstück gepflegt. Alles entsprach optisch den Fotos bei Booking.

Wir fanden einen defekten Pool vor. Eine Kommunikation vorher, das der Pool nicht genutzt werden kann, fand nicht statt. Ein kurzfristiger Ausfall der Pumpe, welcher uns angezeigt wurde, glauben wir nicht!! Der Boden des Pools war mit Algen belegt, so dass eine kurzfristiger Ausfall der Pumpe nicht in Frage kommt. Leider zog sich die Reparatur bis 2 Tage vor unserer Abreise hin, kann passieren. Eine Nutzung von Liegen und Sonnenschirmen wurde erst am selben Tag der Poolübergabe realisiert, nach dem wir uns wieder mal gemeldet hatten. Nächster Problempunkt war die Küche. Wir fanden schmutzige Gläser, Reste vom Braten in der Pfanne, Besteck mit Speiseresten und Teller, welche Fettspuren aufwiesen. Wir waren extrem erschrocken und meldeten alles - sofort!! Uns wurde eine Abreise mit 80% Nachlass oder volle Zeit mit 30% Nachlass angeboten. OK, alles in der Küche gereinigt, dann kann man trotzdem die Wohnung und wunderbare Gegend genießen. Aber da ist wieder das Problem der kleinen, wichtigen Dinge, welche fehlten. Samstag Abend, den Geschirrspüler vollgepackt mit dem schmutzigen Sachen und kein TAB da. Warum keine kleine Erstausrüstung?? Wir sind vorausdenkende Urlauber und haben sowas bei uns, andere nicht!!! Nicht gefallen hat uns natürlich auch der extrem schmutzige Lichtschalter im Schlafzimmer. - eklig - Mit mitgebrachten Spiritus haben wir erst mal entkeimt! In einem Bad war die Zuleitung zum Duschkopf defekt. Aber ein Austausch fand in den 7 Tagen nicht statt! Der Wäscheständer war verrostet! Toll für die nasse Wäsche. Lieber Eigentümer, dein Vorschlag, das wir am Montag für Skonto 80% abreisen können, war unterirdisch. Unser Urlaub wäre futsch gewesen. Sauberkeit ist nicht verhandelbar, Sauberkeit ist Grundvoraussetzung! Zu schreiben, wir wären auf Problemsuche und es wäre kein Grand Hotel, tut uns leid - ein "no go"! Wir erwähnen das alles hier, weil man aus Fehlern lernen kann! Bestimmt! Dennoch Danke für die positiv verlaufende Rücküberweisung.

A great escape from the mainstream hotels

This is one of the most authentic Italian experience that you can get. located on the hilly part of the Village, it offers you a quiet retreat after spending your day on the beach. Owners have a very cute dog that makes the atmosfere better. the pool located on the property is a must do when you want to enjoy the facilities on the property. Just be aware that is located in nature and you must befriend with the small or big insects around you.
