Nicotera Apartment

Fantastic self contained home with all the extra touches in decor and practical elements associated with a high end accomodation! The host was friendly, personable and always reachable ! For two people, there was more than enough living space. Even with four , this place would work extremely well! Multiple AC units made for comfortable spaces and the roof top patio was charming and practical! Can't say enough how much we enjoyed this space ! Wonderful memories !

The accommodations were absolutely perfect for four people. A great location in the lovely town of Noto. Two separate bedrooms, so we had plenty of privacy. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. A cozy balcony. A bakery and great restaurants are just a short walk away. The beach is less than a 20-minute drive away and there are plenty of options to choose from. Street parking is always available nearby. Carlo was very helpful.

The floor was a little dirty… apparently, it had not been mopped. We had to mop it ourselves and then it was fine. So it's just a minor issue. There was mold on the walls in some places due to moisture. And sometimes in the morning we could hear the water pump. Overall very good 9/10.
