Beautifully remodeled two bedroom, two bath beach view vacation rental. This unit has all the comforts of home and more. Spacious open kitchen with everything you need for cooking and making that special meal. Living room has plenty of seating and large flat screen tv for watching your favorite shows and games. Dining has seating for six and is very comfortable. Master bedroom has a king bed and large bath with walk in shower. Guest bedroom has two queen size beds.
Unit 3054 includes an enclosed balcony with large windows, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor feel with added insulation and noise reduction. The enclosed cozy balcony is perfect for relaxing in any weather without sacrificing the view.

The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.
Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

The condo looked just like the pictures. It was clean and decorated beautifully. The location can’t be beat. It was a great experience.

Condo floor was dirty on arrival. Sand on floors.
The construction within shoreline towers was pretty bad. We are a family of 5... elevators were down frequently. Which meant we took steps. Sheets laying all over the stairwell that we were navigating. Complete hazard. I can provide pictures. Filthy cigarettes and cigarette buds everywhere. Ended up with paint all over our shoes morning and afternoon. Which was then tracked into our vehicle. Even had workers open our door at their leisure to tape off before painting. Very uncomfortable. We have 3 younger children. Felt unsafe. Left a day early.
Will definately consider staying at same condo when construction complete. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere until construction complete.
