A nice, pretty quiet apartment with helpful staff

The room was really nice and very clean. It was also generally pretty quiet most of the time. I had lots of space for my two week stay, and the bed was really comfortable. Both of the receptionists were really friendly and helpful when I had questions or needed help. The location was great--near the Zocalo.

The only thing I didn't really like was that the door seems to have been broken and removed from the shower facility; so, it was impossible not to get water everywhere in the bathroom. Noise from the hallway does carry into the apartment, but, again, this was a quiet place to stay on the whole.

We loved our stay here despite the annoyances. We found ways to live with them.

We made our own breakfast . The location was just what we wanted . Walkable to major sites and far enough away to be in a peaceful neighbour hood

The hinges of the shower and toilet made a horrible noise when you closed the door. Maybe the hinges are too tight? They need to be adjusted. The doors to apartments seem to only shut by banging them loudly. The front door to our apartment rattled incessantly. We fixed this annoyance by wedging a map into the door at lock level.

Convenient for a short stay.

Location was great, about 5-8 minute walk to Zocalo and nearby restaurants and bars. Easy for taxis to find, about 80mxn for a taxi from CAPU bus station. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Quiet apartments, very dark during the night, but a good amount of natural light during the day. Access to the rooftop area gives good views over the city. Good wifi, strong enough for online video meetings, with good workstation.

No view from the room balcony, the bathroom shower and toilet doors need some attention.

Nunca hay un personal en la recepción, necesitaba papel sanitario y nunca había alguien a quién pedirlo, cuando llegamos no había nadie en la recepción para entregarnos la llave, pagamos mil pesos de más por estación, el elevador se bloquea cada doce horas y lo activan hasta las diez de la mañana, bajamos por las escaleras nuestro equipaje. la habitación es muy oscura y no incluye limpieza, te cobran 250 por hacerla

Bien pero algo descuidado.

La ubicación es muy céntrica, la cama es cómoda, la regadera tiene buena presión, la vista de la terraza es muy linda. Los chicos que trabajan ahí muy amables. Hay cafetería enfrente y tienda bien surtida en la esquina. Aunque puede parecer un cuarto oscuro de pronto, le entra suficiente luz y las lamparas y luces que tiene la habitación me gustaron, te hacen sentir a gusto. Es un lugar tranquilo en general.

Las toallas (o no las cambiaron o no las lavan bien) no se sentían frescas y tenían un olor que me daba desconfianza, no había toalla de manos. La limpieza en general puede mejorar había migajas en el sillón. NO FUNCIONA el ELEVADOR y ya lleva más de 1 mes descompuesto. Las sillas están súper flojas casi cayéndose y están chaparras para la barra/mesa. La chica que trabaja ahí no es tan amigable. Deberían poner mosquiteros. Deberían proveer agua. No me gustó que hay un mensaje de bienvenida que dice aquí tienes un snack y no había snack.
