Excellent location, excellent pricing, excellent ameneties with a garage, small balcony. We could bike within minutes to The Mother bikepark and also restaurants and shops were close by. Everything was available, a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, bathroom was clean and kitchen easy to use. Communication with the host was very friendly and easy.
Everything was good - the kitchen, bathroom are a bit older with old appliances, but everything is clean and works and was very good for us.

We were on the slopes within a 2-3 minute walk from the property which when carrying skis and poles, in ski boots is a really helpful thing! Parking is very difficult in Winterberg, and the ability to park your car outside the property is brilliant. We experienced a lot of snow while we were there, so that close proximity was great. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, warm, nice views, lots of space for lounging/dining etc. The building has a ski room which was helpful to store all your kit.
We coped fine, but the kitchen is small. Its also on the first floor, so if you have a lot of luggage, you will be carrying it a reasonable distance. Fine if you're able bodied, maybe a bit harder if you're not.

Wir haben von jetzt auf gleich ein Zimmer bzw. eine Unterkunft gesucht (für 1 Nacht) und das über die Pfingstfeiertage (!!!) und haben noch eine Ferienwohnung gefunden. Es hat über booking.com sofort geklappt, wir konnten umgehend ein-checken und der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war recht angenehm. Die Ferienwohnung liegt optimal, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen, teilweise sogar zu Fuß; was will "man" mehr. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nur zu empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne
Wir hätten eine Mehrfachsteckdose mitbringen sollen. Im Schlafzimmer gab es nur an einem Nachttischchen auch nur eine Steckdose. Das Treppenhauslicht war schwer zu finden (als wir im Dunklen aus dem Ort kamen).
