Location was great, bathroom lovely and clean. Good kitchen facilities. Loves the surrounding fields and seeing the animals
Could’ve been cleaner. Windows very dirty and one cracked downstairs. Conservatory roof leaked in the rain and floor tiles broken going from lounge to conservatory which were taped down

It was a lovely little cottage. My little girls loved seeing sheep and cows from the cottage. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. They even left a small milk in the fridge. It was our first visit to Cornwall and we will definitely come back. Thank you for our lovely stay at Barn Cottage. 😊
The living room heater wasn’t working. Also heaters stopped working at night 2ish so we had to go down to turn the switch on again as it got too cold. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice view of the cows from the conservatory. Big spaces. Kitchen with everything you need. Very good showers.
Cleaning was ok but could be easily improved. In the kitchen, the oven needed a very good brush. Also the overall property would use a bit of maintenance.
