Proximity to UMiami and easy parking.
Getting in and out was a little confusing at first. The instructions were helpful but cell coverage in the complex was slow so that compounded the problem. I was also jet lagged. ;) A video that guests could watch ahead could be an excellent addition.

Location for visiting my daughter at UMiami is perfect. Surprisingly quiet since it a student's housing. Easy to travel around if using own car.
