Mike was a wonderful host, our stay was without issue and everything was as promised. Would recommend for a stay in Manasquan on the beach!

Spacious and comfy top floor of a 2 story home. Endless ocean views. Quiet neighborhood. Very family forward beach. 1 min walk to the beach. 5 min walk to the Manasquan inlet. Owner was super responsive to the few questions that I had. I would have no reservations renting this property again.

Pillows and bedding were stained and gross, there was a pair of men’s underwear in a drawer, and snacks under the counter that were old and dusty, the coffee maker had molded coffee in it that never got cleaned out, the refrigerator smelled terrible. Tv remote , no batteries, ice maker broken, dryer took 5 hours to dry toddler and infant clothes. Clock on wall needed batteries. Grill access a joke , The entire place needs an update terribly !!! Beach view was nice and access was good. Probably would not rent again.
