Vacation Rental, Awesome view near Poas Volcano

The views were amazing!! There is a new restaurant/bar with pool that just opened up directly across the street which was so much fun! The owner was awesome and hod plenty of cold drinks!

After arriving in San José, this house was the perfect place to kick off our vacation in Costa Rica. It is very close to Poas volcano (important as you want to get there early to see the impressive crater) and a short drive to La Paz Waterfalls Gardens, which we were both able to visit before heading out to La Fortuna. The house is clean and comfortable, in quiet neghborhood with amazing views. Communication with Orlando was easy and so was the check-in / check-out process. We recommend staying there!

We absolutely loved Costa Rica and lived every place we stayed as far as community and location. This home left quite a bit to be desired in comparison with our other 3 experiences. The owner was in spain and the caretaker non existent. We did not get contact with homeowner until we were already in CR. The other owners helped arrange activities with local companies this owner was detached from anything of the sprt. No space heaters at all only a fireplace so it took several several hours to get the home comfortable. One actual knife in the entire home aside from butter knives. No paper towels in the kitchen one hand towel. Basically clean EXCEPT the shower was used. We dont know if someone was staying there and the owner is unaware or what but there was a used razor in the shower , hair and small shampoo/ conditioner bottles in the shower. We were disapointed even easthetically the place is very cold. No decoration no nothing.we are sorru to say we would not recommend.
