Queen size bed and comfortable full size sofa-bed, sleeps a total of up to 3 people.
Ideal for up to 2 adults and 1-2 children, or up to 3 adults.
Space efficient dining set, table with extension leaves.
Full kitchen completed with black stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinet storage space.
Central AC in the building
Community app operated laundry in the building.
Our guests can enjoy access to the outdoor pool facilities located in a nearby building.
Parking in the adjacent garage for additional fee: $33/day. Monthly passes are available for $165/mo for building guests with 3+ mos rental agreement.
All parking fees are payable on-site to the parking garage authorities.
A few restaurants on the ground floor: Chart House, Red Lobster and Harbor Pub.
Discovery Bay center, ABC store and McDonalds are across the street.

Location, Location, Location...Easy access, clean, scenery of city, though located right in front of boat harbor and access to beach/Waikiki. AC (needed when it gets hot from beach) and fresh breeze when the trades were blowing. Nice and just all around convenient. Upgrades were nicely done, though just a suggestion to maybe get rid of the 2 TV's and just purchase one large wall mountable for the living space. All in all excellent condo!!!

My wife and I live in Honolulu and spent three days at this studio while our home was undergoing a minor renovation. On the positive side, from beginning to end, the owner was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner to address our two or three concerns. The kitchen had modern appliances including a large refrigerator, and there was a new and easy to open and close sliding door separating the living area from the bed.
The new flooring was also attractive and had no scars or stains. In addition, the unit was also stocked with toiletries, towels, plates, utensils, and other commonly used items. However, to claim this unit is the "best" unit in the Ilikai Marina is unverifiable. There are larger one-bedroom units as well as other studios in the Marina that may have also been renovated or updated in recent years. We also believe the "new" bed is years old, as is the low sitting sleeper sofa. There were two small (32"?) TVs in the unit that also appeared to be over ten years old. In summary, we appreciated having a place to stay while our home was having work done, but we believe there may be other renovated units in the Ilikai Marina that have newer beds and larger and newer televisions that offer a similar or better value. All in all, however, we recommend staying here when taking into consideration all of the variables.

Perfect size for 2 adults. There is a pull out couch and privacy doors if you have kids/other adults and want to separate spaces. My stay was for my partner and myself and it was perfect for us. Everything was in walking distance. If we didn't want to walk, there is a bus stop right on the corner. The lagoon and beach are within walking distance, Seriously just a short walk. The condo looks to have been renovated within the past couple of years. Please fix necessities for provided, such as cooking equipment, toiletries, beach towels and linens. They even had items to take to the beach like boogeyboards and beach bags however we did not find ourselves using those items.
We stayed for a one week and we were quite pleased. The owner was in contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a beautiful view of the city and mountains. There is a rental car company on the 6th floor in the building. Truly, everything we needed was that our finger tips and it was a very nice stay. Inna was very gracious and we couldnt have asked for a better person to work with. She made it so easy.
