HOT Rental: Misquamicut Oceanfront.

My extended family and I had a delightful week at Paul's place on Misquamicut beach. The house and grounds were super-clean and ready when we arrived, and the house was well-stocked with cooking, linen, entertainment, and beach supplies! The location is just superb -- just a few sandy steps from the waves! And the view from the back patio was mesmerizing. We had a wonderful mostly sunny week, and so the portable pop-up shade canopy that we brought and set up above the picnic table was a super-helpful source of shade. Paul was super responsive to some questions and requests that came up, and his sister even stopped by during a beach walk to check in and make sure everything was going well. Overall, it was one of the cleanest, best-located, and best-equipped summer beach rentals that I've ever arranged. thank you Paul!

The cottage is called "A Sight to Sea" and I would agree. Such a reasonable price for an amazing location on a beautiful beach. We were very comfortable with three little girls and 5 adults. The cottage has plenty of room. We hope to return there every summer for many years to come!

I am so grateful to have a spot on this beautiful beach reserved already for 2021. Look, this is not a luxury property so if you are looking for high thread count sheets and matching wine glasses look elsewhere. But what we loved about it is that it was real! Maybe the counter space was a little small, maybe it needed updating...but everything you needed was there and you figure it out. The owner family could NOT have been more accommodating. the upstairs downstairs apartment set up was amazing for family and friend accommodation. The deck has sun and shade and plenty of seating for lots of family. the location - not only on the beach but minutes from a lobster roll, ice cream and groceries. I could go on and on -- we had the most amazing week and look forward to making this a family tradition. Thank you Paul, Carolyn and Laura for your hopitality.

Beach house located steps to the sand and water. Beach was very clean and not crowded during a hot summer week. House was very well stocked. Separate entrances for upper and lower levels led to nice privacy for extended family. Owner accessible and very helpful. Was an exceptionally enjoyable week.
