About this apartment rental
Beautiful 3 bedroom condo in the heart of everything. Less than 1 block to the boardwalk and beach. 3 off street parking spaces. Park and walk to everything- restaurants, bars, rides, waterpark. Friday night fireworks from our deck.
We are less then 1 block to the boardwalk and beach entrance. We are located between the 2 main amusement piers and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Across the street from Laura's Fudge.
We have 2 car garage and 1 car driveway. Park you car and walk to everything. The tram car can take you the length of the boards and a trolley can take you from North Wildwood to Wildwood Crest. There is a beach taxi if you need a ride down to the water.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower to rinse off in. Bedding and towels NOT included. Bedding info: 4 twins, 1 queen. We have a pack and play on site.
Guests will have a private entrance to the condo but will share the backyard with the other condo.
I will not be on the property but can be reached at any time via phone or text. Key will be in lock box upon arrival.
We are close to Cape May Zoo, golf courses, Cape May, Atlantic City and the airport is 40 minutes.
There is a grill in the garage that can be pulled out to use. Ceiling fans in every bedroom, central air and heat. 1 TV with streaming only.Washer and Dryer in condo. Wifi available.
We only rent to families and over 25 yr olds.
No pets
There is a contract with further rules and house instructions that will need to be signed.
No smoking in unit or on decks.

Great Location 1 block from boardwalk. Double deep garage for 2 cars plus one outside made it great for 3 people.

it was great! i feel like the pics don’t do the unit justice. it was super cute and had so much space. There were 6 adults and we never felt crowded. It really is close to everything. I would definitely stay there again.

Great home , clean , everything you could ask for . Perfect location , close enough to the boardwalk, but not loud or crowded.Will return in the future.
