About this house rental
Welcome to a spectacular luxury oceanfront vacation home! Our home is in a private gated community perfectly located on the widest open water with expansive views of Tampa to the gulf waters of St. Petersburg. Our decor is coastal luxe- comfortable and elegant.
Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a fun-filled vacation for family and friends, this is the place for you! Come lounge in our spacious family room which offers amazing bay views, soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace and TV. The family room flows into a gourmet kitchen and bar with modern stainless steel appliances, gas range, and a wine chiller. Host elaborate meals in our elegant dining room that seats up to ten.
Our home has TWO master bedrooms; the first on the main floor with a walk out to the pool and lanai. The upstairs master bedroom has its own covered balcony overlooking the pool and sweeping views of the bay as well as an en-suite bathroom with a tub and a rain head shower. Brew a fresh cup of coffee in the bedroom and enjoy the early morning ocean breeze! Both master bedrooms have king size beds and TVs.
Another large upstairs bedroom with balcony has a king size bed and queen sofa with a TV. You can enjoy a fun and competitive game of Foosball in this room. Additionally, there are two more guest bedrooms upstairs- one with a queen size bed and TV and another with a full size bed with bay window views of the ocean.
Entertain on the patio that boasts a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with bar, fire table, and a top-of-the line stainless steel grill. You can even fish from our own private dock( shared with one neighbor to the left) or watch manatees and dolphins lazily swim by.
Whether you choose to have a picnic while building sand castles and looking for seashells or want to launch a kayak and scan the skies for osprey- the Apollo Beach Nature Preserve is only a 15 minute walk from our home!
Rent a boat or jet ski at the Little Harbor Marina for a day out on the bay. Boat slips are available (prior reservation required) at Apollo Beach Marina just a few minutes walk from our place. ( Please note our dock is unavailable for docking boats).
Enjoy fine-dining at the popular Circles Waterfront Restaurant with its highly rated seafood menu or dine in causal dress at their café or maybe just have a drink at the Tiki bar overlooking the marina.
Fancy a round of golf? Apollo Beach Golf Club is less than 3 miles away. Shopping anyone? I-75, the main thoroughfare is less than 15 minutes away.
Shopping anyone? Head to Hyde Park Village, the modern oasis for discerning shoppers, Ellenton Outlets, or the Westfield Mall in Brandon.
Culture fans rejoice and make you way to Ybor City only 20 minutes away- founded in the 1880s it is the only neighborhood on Florida’s west coast to be designated a National Historic Landmark District.

Disney World and Universal Studios are about 90 minutes away( depending on traffic)
After a long day, come wind down for the evening with spectacular sunsets on the water while lounging in our private saltwater infinity pool with a travertine deck. At the end of everyday enjoy sipping a glass of wine while the skylines of both Tampa and St. Petersburg light up the night sky!

The home was great ! The view was absolutely beautiful! The sunsets were amazing. Great restaurants near by and lots of things to do within a short drive. Close to Tampa where you can enjoy the zoo, aquarium and Busch Gardens. Fishing charters were close to the house as well and fishing from the dock was great also. Right from the house you could see sting rays, dolphins and one day a manatee came for a visit. Any house questions or concerns were taken care of quickly but the house manager. We really enjoyed our vacation.

This location was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and clean. The views from the patio are some of the best we have seen and we travel a bunch. There were dolphins that visited a couple of times a day and we were lucky enough to see the fireworks since we stayed for the Fourth of July. There are several restaurants nearby that we enjoy and the house was stocked very well so we were able to cook as a family. If we are in the area again this is where we will stay. Thanks!

Pros:Pool and Views of Tampa Bay. Incredible. From watching storms light up the bay, to seeing dolphins, pelicans, and sunsets. Absolutely fantastic. So comfortable to watch from the pool.Property manager very communicative. We had issues with the fireplace (which got fixed promptly), the internet went down in a storm (she directed me eventually to the outlet that got tripped). Was very helpful while respecting our privacy.Plenty of items in the house. From towels (including for the pool), to basic food items, serving items, etc. Very nice to have a gated community. Was very quiet. We played a radio during the day (not too loud) and it didn't bother anyone. A couple from England was on holiday at the house next door and they were friendly and we talked together.ConsThere was construction that had to be done in neighboring houses. A fence was put up right next door when we were there and some roofing was going on. But it never was too bothersome. We actually talked with some of the contractors. Overall fantastic house with the major selling point being the pool and the views over Tampa Bay.

We were disappointed that the speaker system didn't work. We also wanted to pay to have the pool heated. It finally happened on the last full day we were there. We stayed there a week. That was not great considering the pool temp was around 75 degrees. Too cold!
