About this apartment rental
T2 apartment facing south, open view without vis-à-vis, fully renovated; with an integrated loggia with sliding windows serving as a dining area; 1 individual parental bedroom (140x190cm bed); 1 main room with a kitchen area and a lounge area which has a second foldaway double bed (140x190cm) in a fold-away bed; and 1 private parking space in the well-known "Les Raisins d'Or" residence, prized by its geographical location near the center of Cap d'Agde.
Residence with swimming pool (from mid-May to the end of September, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.), ideally located at the foot of Mont St-Martin, very close to the lively commercial quays of the port (with various shops open year-round), near the largest sandy beaches in the area (Richelieu beach), and especially set back from the crowds and noisy nightly festive activities for a good holiday as a couple or family.
The apartment is not on the pool side (so quiet, no screams ...).
What to satisfy children and adolescents, who will love swimming at the pool or at the beach and the proximity of the many aquatic and terrestrial leisure activities offered at Cap d'Agde!
Adults too, for the same leisure, with in addition pleasant walks in perspective along the quays or beaches, on Mont St-Martin or on the esplanade of the brand new convention center / casino. All without having to travel by car ...
Furnished 1-bedroom apartment equipped for a 'holiday' stay (BED LINEN * AND HOUSEHOLD LINEN * NOT SUPPLIED, NO PRODUCTS *; final cleaning * by you; 1 extra blanket per bed and pillows provided).
Possibility of placing a standard baby bed * in the master bedroom if necessary.
* All these services are optional, payable on request and subject to availability.
Its strong points, in addition to its situation:
1 / the loggia with opening windows facing south and without vis-à-vis which allows good ventilation and a feeling of being outside
2 / the comfort of a separate room with a pleasant and unobstructed view, for privacy and rest (electric blackout shutters);
3 / the 2nd fold-away wardrobe bed 140cm wide (instead of the 120 or 130 sofa-beds) more comfortable and practical (also with a blackout electric shutter);
4 / the facility to park with 1 reserved fixed parking space.
You will also take full advantage of the semi-shaded terrace without direct vis-à-vis, on the 2nd and last floor of this residence secured by access to badge.
At 400m, Lidl and Spar mini-markets and all the shops necessary for your stay (bakery, butcher / caterer, pizzas, pharmacy, press, etc.), a public ball games area (basketball) at 400m.
Between 5 and 20 minutes on foot: large summer market (100m in July and August, Saturday morning), Aqualand, casino, Palais des Congrès, golf, rides and other attractions of the Ile des Loisirs (Dinoland, Dinopark. ..), beach and port center.
Direct bus lines from "Gare d'Agde", stop near the residence (line 3, Mt St Martin stop).
