2 Night Stay - usually we do hotels.
The apartment was very modern and tidy. It was in a very safe and secure neighbourhood, which was very quiet too. Was ideal. Going forward we will book this in future rather than going to hotels. So much better for relaxing. Free parking on site. Apartment very clean and cosy, and heating timed so was lovely and warm.

Excellent flat for a family holiday
We stayed for one month, 2 adults and 2 children. its a 2nd floor flat, 2 bed, 2 bathroom. very clean and exactly like the pictures, spacious and bright, was well prepared and well stocked, safe and clean and quiet neighbourhood. small convenience shop 2 min walk, large shopping area of warwick road with aldi and morrisons, cafes, shops, restaurants, 15 mins walk, acocks green station also 15 min walk, nice park 15 mins walk. value for money. Theres one allocated parking space just next to the entrance door. Good location near the birmingham airport and motorway. The host was very helpful. We would love to stay here again, highly recommended
Overall it was excellent, just a few things to mention, freezer drawers are kind of stuck and difficult to open and close but manageable with some effort, would be good to have some Hooks on bathroom door and bedroom doors, to hang clothes and towels etc & Thicker curtains or blinds on windows, to keep light out in summer early morning, also the single beds are bit small but its ok

Patricia was a very friendly and engaged host and ensured that all the arrangements worked like clockwork. The apartment was well located and comfortable and great value for money. We will definitely being booking with Patricia again.

Lovely ruined by rooms not being cleaned properly and having to hoover other people's toe
The apartment overall was lovely and well located.
The bedroom wasn't cleaned properly, there were toenail clippings in a corner and around the bed in general and an empty packet next to the bed all in plain site. The host didn't seem too bothered by it and we weren't offered any refund or compensation for the disgusting clippings we found. There also weren't any bins in the bathroom, so sanitary waste had to be carried through the apartment to the kitchen bin.

We stayed here for 2022 CWG & found the suburban location conveniently located for train & car journeys to the events. Property modern, well kitted out with private parking & suited our needs for the week well. Owners proactively communicated with us before & during stay to make sure we were all sorted for all our needs & were very responsive to queries.
