Nous avons apprécié l’amabilité de notre hôtesse et l’accueil avec cette bouteille de vin blanc offerte dès notre arrivée et ces viennoiseries, biscuits, qui nous ont servi de petit déjeuner (non prévu) le lendemain. Nous avons aussi apprécié la flexibilité qui nous a été accordée pour le check-in.
Nous espérions bénéficier d’une terrasse avec vue sur l’Etna depuis notre chambre ce qui ne fut pas le cas : nous étions au rez de chaussée sur rue. Néanmoins nous pouvions accéder à la terrasse commune du 1er étage. Les conditions de stationnement n’étaient pas optimales.

Amazing place, Mrs Giusy is such a nice woman, kind and helpful, it makes the difference! The room is very nice, clean and got everything we need Very cute terrasse and the location is perfect
