la cucina era ben attrezzata con anche microonde e volendo lavastoviglie,10 minuti a piedi dal centro. la signora che abita di sopra davvero gentilissima

purtroppo dentro c’è un odore un po’ pesante, dovuto probabilmente all’arredo un po’ datato, tale odore si sente anche dentro i bicchieri. non si può aprire la finestra per cambiare aria perché non ha zanzariere e ci sono molte zanzare che girano. la mia vuole essere una critica costruttiva perché per il resto non posso lamentarmi

The location is great - very calm and peaceful neighborhood, walking distance to the Krk town proper and to the beach. It was an apartment with a bedroom and a kitchen with a sofa bed, spacious and comfortable, with a private balcony. Very nice garden.

Upon arrival, we learned there is no hot water. As it was Sunday afternoon, we had to do with 2 cold showers before the boiler was fixed on Monday afternoon. The owner did not speak any English, she tried in German but this was equally bad (use the managing agency instead, they are helpful - but they don't work on Sunday afternoons). The owner wanted us to give up our booked apartment to other guests who claimed they also had an apartment but got a studio instead - which is honestly not our problem at all. In addition, the owner had a big fight with her husband just outside the next day, which was very embarrassing to listen to even if you don't understand the words. In general, they largely use screaming to communicate to each other - and you hear it all - which is really sad.

Quiet, the kitchen is well equipped with Fridge, oven and dishwasher, and other stuff.

The spaces are a bit small, but not too much
