Nice room with all comforts you need (included well equipped kitchenette) good location for start of the trail. Very clean.
Bathroom Sink not to be used to wash dishes, we were asked to leave them dirty on the outside table and they’ll clean them the following morning. A bit odd as we had dinner and needed those the morning after, also with ants around is not the best idea. Maybe provide an outside sink.

Selfcatering. Location was fine.
The bed matrass was very uncomfortable, the pillows flat. The parking bay was in the street.
