Perfect rustic charm at a great price. Great value.

If you like a ‘real’ experience then this is the place to stay. We used the property for an over night stay and it was perfect. Great value for money and a peaceful retreat. Clean and well presented with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, lovely hot water, friendly host. A rustic house with lots of character. Even had its own museum!

The fridge and freezer were fine for one day but might be a little inadequate for longer stays.

Nico est extrêmement accueillant et vit à côté (maison mitoyenne) dans un calme absolu. La maison est bien décorée et agencée, loin des standards impersonnels du moment. C'est très propre. Le chauffage est adapté, les draps confortables, la SdB agréable, le Wifi performant.

Une maison de charme et un accueil chaleureux

Nico habitant la maison d'à côté était là à notre arrivée et nous a accueillis avec grande amabilité et le souci de nous recevoir au mieux. La maison s'appelle "maison à Jean" mais l'âme et le charme du lieu sont le résultat du travail et de l'implication de Nico. En tous points une résidence bien située pour un séjour au calme et un temps de repos assuré.

Je cherche mais je ne vois pas d'élément négatif ... De sa situation géographique au regard des sites touristiques à visiter au charme des lieux et de la maison je ne retiens en vérité que des points positifs.

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit Ruhe, Charme und guter Ausstattung Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem liebevoll renovierten bretonischen Steinhaus, das traditionellen Charakter mit zeitgemäßem Komfort verbindet. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und vollständig: eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein modernes, sehr sauberes Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche, angenehme Betten und stabiles WLAN. Alles war bei der Ankunft in einwandfreiem Zustand. Hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit des Ortes – ideal für alle, die dem Alltag entfliehen möchten. Der Garten mit Grill und Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, der kleine Pool bietet an warmen Tagen Erfrischung. Viele Gäste loben besonders den aufmerksamen und freundlichen Gastgeber Nico, der sich unaufdringlich, aber sehr engagiert um das Wohl seiner Gäste kümmert. Auch wir haben ihn als zuverlässig, herzlich und hilfsbereit erlebt. Die Lage ist strategisch gut: der Mont-Saint-Michel ist nur etwa 25 Minuten entfernt, und auch Orte wie Fougères oder Dol-de-Bretagne sind gut erreichbar. Trotz der ländlichen Umgebung sind Supermärkte und Bäckereien in kurzer Fahrdistanz vorhanden. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, die durch Sauberkeit, Ruhe, Ausstattung und Gastfreundschaft überzeugt. Wir schließen uns den vielen positiven Bewertungen an – eine klare Empfehlung für Ruhesuchende, Paare oder Familien.

Nico est gentil, arrangeant, et accueillant. Les lits étaient faits à l'arrivée, c'est très apprécié. Le coin est sympa, calme, au milieu des champs. Tout est bien agencé et fonctionnel. C'est très bien pour un court séjour.

Recommande vivement ce gîte.

Tout,le décor, l'agencement bien pensé, maison de caractère dans son jus, parking etc, un hôte exceptionnel dispo, besoin de quelque chose demander et Nico fait le nécessaire, c'est un hôte très agréable qui sait recevoir, merci à lui.

Peut-être des fauteuils de jardin un peu plus agréable et pensé à mettre une housse de protection pour les matelas.
