Location

No garbage bin inside the room, no hand soap and shampoo inside the washroom, no tissue paper inside room and toilet, we waited for 4 hours to get wifi password. They are charging equivalent amount to the hotel but no facilities. The only facility is bed that’s it.

Feels Like a Scam – Avoid This Property Absolutely terrible experience with Warsan Homestay. The room they showed on the booking app looked nothing like what I saw in person — completely misleading and false advertising. It was in such poor condition that I had no choice but to cancel the booking on the spot. Since then, getting my refund has been a nightmare. They’ve been ignoring my calls, not responding to emails or messages, and the booking platform's support has also been of no real help. It honestly feels like a scam — they take your money, provide a completely different room, and then disappear when you ask for a refund. Avoid this place at all costs. Unprofessional, dishonest, and highly frustrating.

You people took money and lie with customers with included services their is bugs and also cockroaches all over the room washroom

No water in the room ,no toiletry in the room ,hard mattes and makes 2 beds together to make larg double bed it's so annoying, no shampoo,soap,tooth brush ,towel nothing in the room, very poor service

The room was ok and I have been using it every now and then..

The staff were a mismatch for the hospitality industry... Like they started insisting on the hard copy of Emirates I'd..which is not mentioned anywhere.. even the booking.com said they have no such things in their contract with (warsan star) They have asked for the original id which they photograph using the mobile, but they haven't mentioned anything about hard or soft copy, also once the room is booked then they should have some consideration but their behaviour was bossy..
