Basically everything
Our room had a powered window shade at the window. But there was nothing that explained this. And the check in person did not tell us either, so we thought that the shade was broken. It would not go up or down by working it manually. We had to leave it up all night long, which was inconvenient. May b have instructions posted in the room on how to work the shade.

I felt it was clean and good location.
Friday 8/21/2026 no coffee until 8am
Friday night no hot water
Saturday 8/22/2026 no breakfast at all except cereal - no hot foods plus pancake maker broken and only one coffee working no half half until asked repeatedly for it
Sunday 8/23/2026 no hot water
