It is above average accomodation.

It is very close to the beach and it had a big balcony. It had many swimming pools but nothing is open in December. Parking is decent but almost always full but i did find one or two spots always. They had laundry room and the owner was very responsive. The price is very attractive

It is not a hotel so no amenities you can expect in a hotel. It is a private apartment in a big apartment complex so reception is just for getting the keys and then you have to contact the owner for each and every question. The same bedsheets/towels for the entire duration and there is no option for breakfast even if you are ready to pay. When i asked for change of bedsheets and towels as i was staying for 10 days, i had to inform 24 hours in advance and i was told it is 9 euros to change things for one bed. Later they didn't ask that money but i guess they don't encourage change of bedsheets. Also all swimming pools are closed and the balcony i could not use because of cold weather. The apartment itself is very small. Normally if I knew it is a private apartment these things are expected but by looking at the pictures, amenities listed in booking it looked like a room in a hotel (apart hotel) when i realised it is not and i had to contact the owner for everything it is bit of disappointment.

Close to the beach. About 20 min drive to Malaga city.

Minor inconveniences occurred throughout stay- upon arrival a long message was sent of do’s and don’ts including emptying a water tank of the aircon and removing trash (including fines if these aren’t adhered too). Small things like toilet paper is not provided for the full duration of stay- message on day of arrival notified us of this. We were unable to leave our bags (our flight in was quite early and flight out was later). We had to ask for batteries for remotes, and dishwasher appeared broken (unable to use it). Also take note that light switches are outside the bedrooms with no lamps provided within in the rooms (had to use our phone torch light). Opening the front door is not easy (have to give it a wiggle and a push). These were small minor inconveniences which dampened our stay.

Location

The general facilities were dirty and very tired. Cafe area was disgusting and would never pass a hygeine check serving uncooked food. Very appealing advert that does not represent what you see on arrival

It was perfect location. Comfortable room with great facilities.

Nothing to do with the host but the fact the luggage storage was closed on our last day and we had to have our suitcases poolside due to late flight

Pleasant short stay at BenalBeach

The room itself was lovely and clean and fresh with a modern beach theme. Great sea view and everything you need for a short stay. The property were very fast to respond and friendly to deal with. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the pool area was great with a hardworking staff member at the pool bar who was alone on a busy Saturday. Very close to local shops and restaurants.

As we were a group of 3 arriving late it would have been nice if the sofa bed was to have been made up for us. There were also only 2 coffee pods and no water so I would suggest a bottle of water be left for guests to use. Sun beds are pricey at €4.50 each if you are a family staying for more than a few days.

Fabulous Fantastic visit to our favourite destination made even better with a great apartment

The apartment was immaculate very clean and comfortable excellent location for everywhere. Apartment newly renovated very modern and bright. Fabulous bathroom and kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and spare clean white sheets & extra fresh white towels. Highly recommend

Everything about the hard working staff especially cleaning ladies reception staff & our agent Alberto who was very kind, also the assistant man in the supermarket

I dislike all the dog dirt on the pavement leading up to the entrance, guests or owners are allowed dogs in the complex, but some guests have no consideration for other people, they should be charged for not picking up what their dogs leave on the pavement.

Nice appartment near everything.

We had a nice welcome by Alberto upon arrival and the studio is nice and clean with everything you need. Located in a hotel complex between the park and the beach makes it ideal plus there is a secure car park, several pools open in season and a gym.

Beautiful, new renovated apartment with a oceanview in a secure area with pools, a small shop and a restaurant. Close to the ocean and many other resaurants.

More information was needed, for example you need to know the apartmentnumber when you get to the reception or you wont get the key.

The apartment was superb. it had everything out could possibly want. Breakfast is left for you which included bread, milk, jam, lovely selection of juice, tea and coffee, biscuits and fruit.

Świetna lokalizacja ale słabe wyposażenie

Apartament jest w pięknej i wygodnej lokalizacji. Jest czysto i tak jak na zdjęciach.

Dostałyśmy 2 rolki papieru na 3 osoby i prawie tydzień; nie było pościeli dla każdego spałysmy we trzy kobiety - dostałyśmy koce bez poszewek ale to nie rozwiązywało sprawy. Do tego apartament nie miał kompletnie NIC z wyposażenia typu kawa, herbata, podstawowe przyprawy..spałam już w wielu miejscach i zawsze takie podstawy były.

Bon rapport qualite prix

Tres bon emplacement pour visiter la costa del sol et profiter du bord de mer. L’appartement etait propre en arrivant. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. Le lit est vraiment confortable.

D’abord, il faut prendre en compte qu’en octobre, meme si il fait encore 30 degres, ca n’est plus la saison touristique donc la piscine n’est plus ouverte totalement tous les jours. Ensuite, les fournitures dans l’appartement sont assez reduites notamment au niveau de la cuisine. C’est tres leger et meme pour faire du café, une machine italienne ne fonctionnait plus et l’autre avait des capsules introuvables.

La verdad que el personal son buenos, pero los alojamientos están muy antiguos falta reforma

Me gustó la vista y el trato del personal Lo que no me gustó fue que el aparcamiento te pegas tres horas para aparcar cada vez que coges el coche para ir a comprar por ejemplo no está adaptado para aparcamiento, muy pocos aparcamientos, minusválidos, debido a que mi mujer minusválida

Pues mira lo que no me gustó de el apartamento fue que había una peste rata muerta, increíble también la camada no son cómodas son antiguas todo Antiguo el aire acondicionado no enfriaba el aparcamiento mal porque cada vez que cogía el coche te pegaba tres horas para poder volver a aparcar tanto como fuera como dentro Total para el precio que me han cobrado está mal le veo caro porque está antiguo el apartamento de degradado por la antigüedad que tiene, veo los precios muy elevados para como están los apartamentos de Viejo

Le meilleur appartement de BenalBeach

Un appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé au sein de la résidence BenalBeach qui, année après année, reste toujours aussi bien entretenue. 2 vraies chambres, un salon large, la vue sur mer: nous avons loué plusieurs fois dans cette résidence et c'est clairement le meilleur dans lequel nous avons séjourné.

Le côté un peu "automatique" de l'interaction avec l'hôte. Par exemple, nous avons reçu un message automatique sur le check-out avant même d'avoir fait le check-in. Mais ce sont des détails, rien de particulièrement gênant - au final tout s'est très bien passé.

La limpieza del apto, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Todo tipo de utensilios y servicios. La ubicación magnífica y la gestión con Alberto perfecta. Las fotos hacen referencia a la realidad, incluso la realidad mejora las fotos. Es más amplio de lo q se ve en las fotos. Genial. Intentaremos volver. Pero la limpieza y el orden del mismo de 10.
