About this house rental
Designed by award winning Queenstown architects, set on hilltop with stunning views of both Long Bay, and the Coromandel Harbour. Quiet, private, eco, luxury interiors with modern home automation, and surrounded by beautiful beaches. Very spacious with all 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; seamless flow between inside and outside, good for both relaxation and parties. We love to entertain so the house is designed for that with in-house movie system, enormous open kitchen and bar.

This Property is so so so much better than the pictures. It is one of those places where pictures do not tell the whole story. Don’t get me wrong, the pictures are accurate, but the reality of the views from the property is gorgeous. There was only two of us, but it would have been easy to have 8 adults in the house. Every room was decorated wonderfully, the kitchen well equipped, and owner of options to sit and or lounge throughout.What probably struck us the most, next to the views, was that we felt alone, as adjacent properties were not visible, nor did we hear a sound. With a distance of one house at maybe 15/20m away an impressive feat of landscaping and design.We will definitely come back. And it was wonderful to have drinks and sodas Ineke fridge on arrived, just like having fresh flowers on the tables.

We were speechless the moment we walked in the door. Magnificent water views from every direction. Glass walls slide into a pocket so the interior and exterior flow seamlessly. The floor plan allows for privacy with two beautiful primary suites. We honestly can't say enough about this incredible home and the darling town. Just book it!

It doesn't get much better than this. This house is stunning. Three levels right on the ridge with water views and decks on both sides. The design makes the most of the views while including a large open plan main floor with large well-equipped kitchen and decks on both sides. The bedrooms are upstairs or at the end of the building, separated from the living area so guests can have have their space. All then there's a downstairs play room. All that and an excellent host with really clear communication. One of the best houses I have rented anywhere in two decades of international work travel. Very very highly recommended
