About this house rental
A Charleston style home with plenty of space for entertaining indoors and outdoors. Has a pool and large fishing pond. Hard flooring throughout the entire house. Large patios and decks on both levels with ceiling fans on covered porches. All bedrooms are upstairs to peacefully unwind without disturbance from activities on the main level. The owner’s suite is separated from the main house with a private stairwell. The 760 SF guest house above the detached garage can be used as a sleeping quarters and additional beds can be made available at the renter’s request.
The neighborhood is very quite with less than 30 homes and large lots ranging from 3 to 30 acres. Many restaurants and grocery stores are within 4-6 miles. I-20 and Washington Rd are nearby resulting in an easy trip to the Augusta National Golf Club. There are many recreational amenities within 2 miles to include walking and bike trails, golf courses, tennis courts, disc golf, baseball and soccer fields, and a gym. A large lake is only 13 miles from the house.
Golfers can enjoy access to a prestigious private golf club, Champions Retreat, as the owner’s guest. Masters week rental is a minimum 7 nights. All other dates have a minimum of 3 nights. Reduced rate available if the guest house is not needed.

This property is very spacious and has all the amenities you could want for a large group of family/friends. The owner does a great job of communicating and providing anything you might need. The property is also very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.
