Personalul este foarte amabil și serviabil. In vilă era liniște, camera spatioasa, baie mare, balcon mare, hol mare, plase de țânțari, aer condiționat, frigider, TV. Luminos si spațios. Curat. Locuri de parcare.
Hotelul este situat la stradă, aproape de ieșirea din Constanța către Agigea, drept urmare e gălăgie tot timpul de la trafic, însă acest lucru ne-a fost comunicat de la momentul rezervării de către personalul vilei, cu posibilitatea renunțării la rezervare fără taxe/comisioane. Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că nu are lift.

Location was easy to reach, room very spacious and very clean, the staff was very friendly, easy to reach and fast to reply.
Sleeping with open windows was noisy as the hotel is located directly on the main street.
