Perfect Appartement for two people. Located between station and old town. Management agent very responsive. Great to have washing machine.
Shower tended to flood but owners aware.

It was very easy to pick up the keys, someone was waiting for us when we arrived and told us everything we needed to know. The rooms is small but does the job is your are traveling. It is like 20 mins walk from the city center where all the piazzas are but it is still very convenient. At night is quiet and we could sleep without noise.
The air conditioning wasn’t very strong, so we decided to leave it off. Since it’s September, it wasn’t a problem at night.

The apartment is beautiful. Very spacious. Comfortable with everything you need. Air con is lovely and cold for when you get back after walking in that heat!!.
Literally a 5 min walk to the centre.
It might not be a lot to some people, but if you're not going out and fancy the day at home, then it's always good to have some tv while sitting down eating, etc...
That's pretty much the only downfall... the tv was ALL Italian... every channel.
Please, guys, consider getting at least a smart tv so the guests can at least put YouTube on or sign into Netflix while staying at the apartment.
This is always a killer for me, but apart from that, I have no complaints whatsoever and rate it 9.5 out of 10..... obviously would have been a 10 if it was a smart tv!

-Good location. A walking distance to train station and Arena di Verona.
-Comfortable bed.
- The room and bathroom are quite small.
- The bathroom lacks shelving, making it difficult to store personal items.
- The bathroom is in need of refurbishment - there is visible mold and limescale in the shower cabin.
- Cleanliness was below expectations: we noticed dust, dirt, cobwebs, mold, limescale, and various stains.
- The air conditioning was ineffective and noisy. Although the host provided a screenshot showing 18°C on the monitoring system, the actual temperature felt significantly higher.
- Toiletries were missing upon arrival. We received them only after sending a second reminder to the host.
