Rustic home in historic neighborhood. Two bedrooms and one bath. Large living area with mock fireplace. Dining area with patio doors overlooking the backyard. Bathroom offers bath tub with shower. One block to Memorial Park and Amarillo College. Centrally located and just a short drive to downtown Amarillo. Come see the Sod Poodles play baseball in the state of the art stadium. 30 minutes to the second largest canyon in the US, Palo Duro Canyon.
