The apartment was in a very convenient location for what we needed, being a short walk away from the cathedral. It was in a very nice and quiet area but close to convenience stores and cafes. It was very clean and comfortable and well equipped.
No negatives but a couple of suggestions: a mirror in the bedroom would be helpful and a hook on the back of the bathroom door also.

The location, the apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need. Great communication from the host. We could walk in to town in 20 mins and 30 min to Sefton Park. It was ideal for us.
A bit of noise from the neighbours but it was over the weekend.

The location is great and the apartment is well equipped.
It was not clear when booking that an online ID check and security deposit or insurance waiver needed to be paid before releasing the code to get the keys to check in.

Good location. Easy access. Quick communication with host. Good price.
Paying a 250£ deposit is quite unusual and I'd say inappropriate too. It was 4 of us, 2 in the bedroom, 2 on the sofa bed. Plenty of breadcrumbs came out of the sofa bed when we opened it, the sofa bed bedding and the second pair of towels were not out nor prepared, we had to ask where to find them. There is a very noisy fan in the kitchen with a switch that did not really work in turning it off. Eventually it switched off during the night.
