Casa Paamul is an amazing two story, 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom oceanfront home that is located on one of the most beautiful private bays of the Riviera Maya. This beach house belongs to the owners of Paamul Resort and offers spectacular ocean views. Boasting a private swimming pool and entertaining area with a grill, outdoor dining and living areas, this home is perfect for having fun or just relaxing. You can enjoy all that the white sand beaches and warm Caribbean water has to offer at this home while sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling. Just a few steps from the house you can enjoy a one mile beach in a private natural reserve, the ScubaMex Dive Shop and all the installations of Paamul Resort including the beachfront restaurant, beach palapas, paddle boards and kayaks.
FIRST FLOOR: 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom one has sliding glass doors that walk onto the beachfront terrace, a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom with oversized tub (and ocean view), living area and walk in closet. Bedroom two has a king sized bed, sliding glass doors that walk onto the beachfront terrace and a large closet. Bedroom three has a king sized bed, french doors that walk onto the beachfront terrace and a closet. Bedroom four has french doors leading out to the pool area, two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. The first floor also boasts a cook’s kitchen with a massive island for cooking and entertaining, living room and dining room that seats sixteen, all with ocean views.
SECOND FLOOR: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have king sized beds, ensuite bathrooms and sliding glass doors that go onto private balconies.
Casa Paamul comfortably accommodates 14 guests with its 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Among the many amenities, this home offers a beachfront palapa, parking for two cars, a Bose stereo system, two televisions with American satellite tv, free WiFi and a safe.
Paamul’s proximity to many of the exciting attractions in the Riviera Maya make this an ideal beach house destination. Some of those attractions include XCaret EcoPark, Puerto Aventuras marina (for fishing and restaurants), Xel-Ha natural aquarium, many cenotes (natural sink holes) that create part of the underwater cave systems, Tulum ruins (Mayan pyramids located on the beautiful turquoise Caribbean and Coba Ruins - another amazing site hosting Mayan pyramids in the dense jungle.

We stayed at casa paamul for 5 days with our family of 9 adults and two babies. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with a large kitchen and dining area. The location on the beach was perfect- although I do recommend water shoes to enter the water in front of the house as it is on a reef. My grandson enjoyed exploring the sea anemones along the shore as well as watching the iguanas,javelinas and coatis. We used both pools and they were maintained and cleaned several times during our stay. The resort pool was also very nice and the restaurant had amazing food. Staff at the resort were very attentive and friendly. We did rent a car to get to the grocery store and nearby attractions such as the censored. We had a very relaxed stay with a good blend of the privacy at the house and the amenities of the resort when we needed them.

Loved the location, community felt very safe, everyone was friendly. The restaurant was convenient to have right there. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We got to go to the community farmers market and get lots of tasty treats. The house itself was big and easily accommodated our group. The property and house was a bit run down. We couldn’t get hot water in half the showers, one of the main bathrooms sink was broken. Part way into the trip there was a strong sewage smell from the back room. The lounge and outdoor furniture cushions all had mold and tears in the fabric. The property was not very kept and the front little beach had trash and left over cigarette butts left behind. We cleaned it up as we had a toddler in our group. We did thoroughly enjoy our vacation. I was just expecting a little more from the house/property especially for the nightly price.
