Private and cozy basement space

*Great, Affordable Stay Near the Hospital*This place served its purpose perfectly. We needed something affordable and close to the hospital for my daughter’s surgery, and it was exactly that.The room was extremely clean—something I really notice—and it honestly felt professionally maintained. That made a big difference for me. There’s no full kitchen, but the microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker were all we needed. It’s similar to a hotel setup, but at a much more affordable price. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable, and the couch was as well.It is a basement-level space with stairs, so something to keep in mind if mobility is a concern. The shower is great and easy to get into, though the temperature can be a bit touchy—best to set it before stepping in.There’s also a small private outdoor area that’s fenced and peaceful, with lots of birds—perfect for a quiet moment with a cup of tea or morning coffee. Another plus is the location—within a couple of blocks there are plenty of conveniences like Dunkin’, gas stations, grocery stores, and even Home Depot.The host was amazing—very responsive, clear communication, and very respectful of privacy.We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Salt Lake City.Side note, I even found a Rock shaped as a heart... Maybe the reason for my stay made the outdoor area a bit more meaningful with A Heart Rock :-) thank you again for a wonderful patient host

Our host was very attentive but not intrusive at all. The pictures of the place were spot on. It was super clean. And the bed was extremely comfortable ~ we slept in which is very rare for us. We'd gladly stay here again next time through these parts.

Fully furnished and very cute space. Super clean and provided toiletries. The makeup wipe and cold water bottles in the fridge were much appreciated! Checked in late after a concert and left early morning but liked every minute of being there. Not to mention great communication from the hosts.
