Permit# PL 15-103. Only 10 minutes from downtown, this home overlooks the St. Louis river. Perfect for fishing (the boat launch and fishing pier are 50 yds away) viewing the fall colors, skiing (Spirit Mt. is nearby) and hiking the many nearby trails

It has a deck off the kitchen that has a beautiful view of the St. Louis river. Its especially scenic with the fall colors.

Deck with gas grill. Fire pit in yard, game room in basement with fireplace, billiard room, ping pong room, refrigerator, and bar. Central air, attached 2 car heated garage, internet, DVD player and cable TV.
Guests have use of washer and dryer and garage

Clean, comfortable house with deck overlooking the river. Quiet neighborhood but quick access to anything in Duluth. Bonus: 3 main floor bedrooms for those of us with a touch of arthritis! Thanks, Larry!

Nice quiet neighborhood near the St. Louis River. Easy check-in, checkout. The garage was great for parking our boat.
