About this bed and breakfast
The property is secured by a 24-hr guard gated location, it sits on a hill with breathtaking views and spectacular sunrises of Christiansted town. Take in the wide-open Ocean view, majestic sounds of constant waves and cool sea breeze on a huge deck. The property is beautifully landscaped for a unique Caribbean feel and tropical experience. The closest beach is just a five minute drive away at the Palms Hotel.
Pelican Heights consists of a large great house comprised of 4 private suites (two upstairs and 2 downstairs) with a large chef kitchen/dining area and 2 cottages containing 3 private suites. Each suite is uniquely designed for comfort and relaxation. Sweeping ocean view, rolling hills, large pool, and dual parking areas. All seven bath showers are newly renovated. Last but not least, automatic standby power is available for frequent power outages on island.

Great place to stay for our family vacation. We could all have a little privacy when needed but plenty of space to congregate together. Great location. Property manager very quick to respond with answers to any questions.

Overall Pelican Heights was a decent place to stay. It is in a convenient location had ample parking and the pool was nice.
I would inform other potential renters that there is NO air conditioning in the kitchen or main living area with one small fan. There are two small couches in different rooms. This made it uncomfortable to hang out with family and friends from 10am until 7 pm. We adjusted and went to eat out for most meals. The property is dated but clean.
There are 7 different bedrooms each with their own entry and locking door and each bedroom had AC - so we spent time in our rooms.
The host was responsive and easy to communicate with for several small issues and information.
