A warm blanket, very cold at night, I searched high and low for some extra warmth. Certainly an issue with the hot water.

Clean modern studio in good location. Easy walk to shops cafes etc and easier access to beach and coastal path walk. Comfortable bed. Private courtyard. Others have mentioned noise - no one in the adjoining property while we were there so all quiet. The path around the side of the building is made of pebbles and railway sleepers so bags need to be carried. There are lights for night time but they seem to be on a timer so be prepared to use the torch on your phone.
The address on booking.com is incorrect. Crows Nest is at the rear of 4a not 4b. Go down the drive of 4a and take the narrow path around the right hand side of the building.

The location was central
Room smelled strongly of mould Frozen food in the freezer that the cleaners hadn't cleaned No hot water on the first night and morning because it works on solar and we had rain, we had to get someone to turn on the hot water. Neighbours were noisy No laundry services (washing machine or dryer) Driveway slippery when wet $300 Deposit taken for a 4 day stay seemed a little steep Can't check in till 3pm and it's a 9.30am check out Street parking only and that is limited
