This gorgeous ground floor 2 bedroom conversion has a little terrace area with a sea view and has an enviable position just minutes to Woolacombe's main beach! Sleeping 4 in the two bedrooms. Location, location!! With direct access to one of the UKs best loved beaches, it's a real find.Belmont Court is all about it's proximity to Woolacombe Beach and its views across the sea from the dining table and patio. It is the first property on the right up Rockfield Road from Woolacombe's famous Esplanade. From the dining area of the living room the view across to the sea is the best in the apartment. The patio door leads to the small enclosed terrace/patio with seating to enjoy the same stunning view. This apartment is exceptionally large compared to some recent conversions and represents excellent value for money. It's square footage exceeds most in the area.The spacious living room has a lovely oak laminated floor and has a dark grey fabric corner sofa, two arm chairs, an extendable table with matching chairs, flat screen Smart TV with Free-Sat, DVD/CD surround sound system along with a children's table and chairs, toys, books, games, high chair etc.The master bedroom suite has a double bed and is carpeted in a sumptuous grey carpet, has a dressing room with built in wardrobe and shelves as well as two bedside tables. The fitted en-suite bathroom has a double-width shower, basin vanity unit, heated towel rail and new LVT flooring. The small second bedroom has two new single beds has a chest of drawers for clothes and soft grey carpet underfoot and window to side. There is also a travel cot and booster seat available.The fitted main bathroom has LVT flooring, heated towel rail and a bath with shower over. A potty and child step are provided for younger children.The contemporary stunning kitchen (fitted in 2019) in light matt grey has all new appliances. It has a gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and large fridge freezer. Additional storage in hallway.Outside near the back car park there is a private storage shed for wetsuits/boards and beach paraphernalia and even an outdoor cold shower for after the beach! Allocated parking space strictly for one car only at the front of the apartment. We expect this beautiful holiday home to book fast so don't delay!This property will take a dog at £20 per dog per holiday and a security deposit of £150 will be pre-authorised and released after the holiday.

We’ve had another lovely holiday at Belmont Court - everything is catered for, clean, bright, fresh and beautiful. Lovely comfy beds, great showers, lovely kitchen with all facilities, great washer dryer and lovely little patio with a sea view. It’s right across the road from the sea so the dogs enjoyed their morning stroll on the grass by the esplanade. It’s also all on one level so was great for my dad who has mobility issues and I easily pushed the wheelchair from here to town - the kids loved the proximity to the beach and the shops. It’s perfect really - we’ve tried other places but we shall be back to Belmont. Always sad to leave. Thank you.

A lovely apartment, with a sae view and short walks to the beach and Woolacombe. All with it's own parking space, which is a definite bonus on busy Woolacombe days.
If you're a surfer or have beach equipment, it really caters for that, as you have your own private, lockable shed in which to keep your kit (we managed to squeeze in a 9ft long board), and there an outside shower to rinse yourself and wetsuits, plus a washing line to dry your stuff. All of which make for a great holiday, and it's why we come back here.
The apartment itself is really good, with a large lounge in which to relax and look out to sea. Missing it already...

The position of the apartment is perfect, if you are surfing or in the sea regularly, the rock path to the big beach is literally opposite. Barricane beach is a very short walk if you want a more sheltered dip in the sea, or a nice day on the beach with the dog. We loved it.

On entry to 2 Belmont Court there was a smell it was damp / mouldy odour I think it was emanating from the back bathroom ,plus the entry vestibule was indeed of restoration ie filler & paint job ! The other bathroom was in decent decorative state , but the bath tub had a faulty plug , couldn’t have a bath ! and the shower was running hot & cold ! Not great for us ……. Pluses are its a large apartment ,position is great , near to the centre and beach , dont really need to use car !
