Comfortable rooms with quick access to train station.

Nicely located near REWE store and halal meat shops with lots of middle eastern food options. Upgraded washrooms with bidets in toilets for catering to visitors from the gulf region. Nice room service once a day at 3PM.

Short stop and overnighter in Rödelheim

*Easy online check-in and check-out processes and this was clearly communicated through their emails. *Very close to where I live, so we were happy to find a cheap hotel for 1 night for my parents to stay. * Spacious room and bathroom, cannot complain for the price per night. This is the 3rd time we’ve now either booked or recommended others to do so :)

*Nothing. It’s very clear what’s included and what isn’t before booking. If you’re OK with not having breakfast, not needing the hotel to be manned and the room not cleaned everyday…it was fine for us. Please don’t rate the property lower, it’s written.

Overal good experience but something needs to be upgraded

It is good that the hotel is located near a train station and there is bakeries and Rewe supermarket nearby where you can even park the car inside for the night. The room is basic and the bed is comfortable (as my boyfriend said, he slept very well there).

There are two things I didn't like: First, there is no fridge inside the room. There is only a freezer and it is not convenient to have freezer in a hotel room I think (we just don't need it). Secondly, since it is contactless hotel, it is hard to contact the staff through mail via booking.com site. The phone is not functional for quick access either. So if you need helps urgently, this might be very inconvenient way of operation.

Very good value for money!

* Nice location near the Rödelheim station for any bus or train connections, plus plenty of taxis available to go to the airport going in our out. * Spacious rooms, plenty of windows which lets in a lot of light and a wonderful view of the local church opposite the road from the room as well. * After calling and speaking to the staff 2-3 times, they were very accomodating and also extremely friendly to assist. E.g. my dad wasn’t feeling well so for the 1 week stay he was able to stay in 1 room and not change as per total of 3 bookings I made for him, plus a late check-out was granted until midday instead of 10am which allowed him to spend time in the room rather than being at the airport in advance. Thank you!

* Nothing. It’s very good value for money, with plenty of food options in the direct vicinity of the hotel as there’s no breakfast on offer. From the Rödelheim train station, it’s only 12mins to the Frankfurt main station and 15-20mins away in a taxi to the hotel. Positive place to stay and I’d be booking again for family/friends staying in the area for a few nights. Basic and simple stay :)

i liked the location, with the cafes and parks near by and the fact it was a little out of Frankfurt, i liked the bathroom too the shower was great, i liked the bed too it was very comfortable

there were no utensils like cups plates or cutlery, so i couldn’t make coffee with the kettle or cut food i stored in the fridge

Outstanding stay that is perfect for travelers that like both convenience and adventure!!!

We had an excellent stay and highly recommend the hotel! This is a great place if you are a little more adventurous traveler. What I mean is that you will be staying in a neighborhood that is definitely more local, in fact kind of ethnic/blue collar so if the idea of staying a little bit away from tourists and getting a more authentic feel of a city appeals to you, this is your place. This was pretty much a turn-key operation, like Air BnB, so if you are looking for a Hyatt or Marriott vibe, this may not be for you. But if your travel style is a little more Anthony Bourdain while still getting some creature comforts then you will love it. What you will get is: 1) quiet rooms and quiet neighborhood; 2) one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on in a hotel- this is unique because I am a side sleeper and my wife is a stomach sleeper so we never agree on beds; 3) heated towel/clothes drying rack; 4) hair dryer, hand soap, and shower gel; 5) tea kettle; 6) a hotel that only has about 2-3 rooms per floor so if you are a family like we were you can book a whole floor to yourself; 7) they will do laundry upon request and it is inexpensive ($.40 E per piece though I think that may fluctuate a little); 8) responsive hotel hosts- I didn't see them (I think because of COVID-19) but they always responded to my Booking.com requests within a couple hours; and 9) less than a 5 minute walk from lots of things you will need as a traveler to include full grocery store (I'll call it medium sized by American standards), place to get your unlocked SIM card (O2, Lyca, etc.), COVID-19 testing site that is not busy (as many airlines require a COVID test now and this one works for entry into US), train station (4 stops from Frankfurt HBF using S3, 4, or 5), bus station, taxis at the station at all hours, a pretty good variety of walk-in bakeries and restaurants (special shout-out to Gastronomie Da Claudio, Omonni Fried Chicken, and Zum Alten Haferkasten).

I won't say this is a "didn't like" but what you won't get is the breakfast, at least for now due to the COVID-19 surge, there aren't really any common areas or big hotel type amenities like business centers, gyms, etc. There is no elevator so consider that if taking stairs bothers you.

Awesome little place to enjoy Frankfurt

The check in service was really easy , the room was extremely large with new furniture and very clean. The same for the bathroom, a big bathroom that was recently remodeled. A very nice touch was the kettle with the possibility of preparing coffee or tee. Great location in a very nice neighborhood, easy to access by local transportation system. Cheaper parking that the rest of the town.

Exceptional

Clean, cozy and spacious, and my room even has a cute balcony. Located outside the city centre, and you can get there by train which runs once in every 10-15 min, which means it's in the quiet neighborhood. There's a supermarket near the station. The stuff is always in contact to help you. Totally recommendable.

The WiFi was unstable, but fixed in the end.
