Location is perfect close to the university

This tiny little house is just wonderful. You see that the owners take pride in maintaining it both from the way it is decorated with detail and maintenance of the bathroom and furniture. Love the clean tiny practical kitchen that offers two large fridges and anything you need.

When I arrived I had warm water in the bathroom, unfortunately on the day I left the water in the shower was only mildly warm/coldish. There will not be staff at the property and as female solo traveler it is sometimes not so cool to be in a house with no staff because you might be facing solo or group male travelers on your own. The house felt really safe neighborhood wise though so I didn't mind it that much Unfortunately the entrance is currently due to the neighbors remodeling the house full of building material. So it is not suitable for wheelchairs and you have to carry your suitcase to not mess up the wheels

The house is very clean and well maintained.The rooms are spacy and kitchen has all facilities and gives home feeling.

The location was good for me. The room and linens were clean. The bathroom and kitchen were clean.

I didn't like that the bathroom and toilet were shared. Unfortunately, not everyone keeps them clean. I think it would be much better if the rooms had their own private bathrooms and toilets.
