Affordable yet the service and room is excellent

I chose to stay here mainly because of its location it’s very close to our house and highly accessible. It’s right in the center of the city, which makes it very convenient for getting around.The lobby has a cozy and welcoming style, which I really liked. However, one important thing to note is that the hotel does not have an elevator. I would recommend booking a Superior Room so you can stay on the 2nd floor and avoid the hassle of climbing higher levels.Unfortunately, the biggest issue during my stay was the cleanliness. I saw large rats running around the stairs and even noticed dead cockroaches in the stairways. This really affected the overall experience and made the place feel poorly maintained.Another inconvenience was the air conditioning, which had no remote control. This made it difficult to adjust the temperature comfortably during the stay.I also hope the hotel considers investing in new towels. The towels provided felt quite old and rough on the skin, and their color already looked worn out. Fresh, white, and softer towels would greatly improve the overall guest experience.Regarding their service, checkout time is at 12 noon. I arrived around 1:15 PM, and they only started cleaning the room after I got there, saying it would be ready by 1:30 PM. This shows that cleaning only takes a short time, but it seems they delay it instead of preparing rooms earlier—even though there’s already a gap between checkout (12 PM) and check-in (2 PM).Overall, the location is excellent and very convenient, but the hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities. That’s the main issue that holds this place back.
